- MWMadison Maryja WheelerJul 25, 20261.0Highly disturbed by the lady working today (July 25 2026). My sister, grandfather, and myself are visiting out of town. My grandfather is 80 yrs old and a disabled veteran; he needs assistance with tasks due to his disability. We walked into the post office (just before close which is understandable & we were attempting to move with haste). As we are packing a gift my grandfather wanted to send out, the woman shouted from behind the counter that they are closed. Her tone of voice, attitude, and approach was highly unprofessional and uncalled for. My sister kept an even tone of voice explaining how we are from out of town and we were nearly done packing our box. The woman proceeded to still-what can only be described as-berating about the office closing. If she is going to act that way, then I recommend closing and locking the doors at 11:55 on a Saturday so your patrons aren't disrespected and treated less than. After looking at previous reviews, clearly this woman has a track record of her horrific attitude and level of professionalism. As someone who also works with the public, it takes a certain type of person to work with said public. This woman doesn't have the class. We've been visiting our family in Ludington for nearly a decade and I have NEVER had a negative experience in the town until today. Highly disappointed.

We have to push the door and shove the package off the step. Either put them inside the porch or leave enough room to get out of the dam house.
- BMBarbara MartinApr 25, 20265.0I accidentally transposed the numbers of my address when ordering a package and it was delivered to the wrong address. I don't know the name of the woman who delivers my mail, but I asked her if she knew where it was delivered and not only did she call the carrier who delivered it, but she tracked it down and hand delivered it to me. I wish I could give her kudos by name, but regardless, she is amazing and I will forever be thankful for her.
