I filled out a USPS service request via phone but went to the local branch to double check. Team member Jason was already investigating and he personally drove to the address where my mail was delivered to inquire. The recipient was kind enough to return my packages in person and Jason stopped by to ensure I received them. He also brought a few mail pieces back to me.
