- AAAlex5 days ago1.0The man with round glasses at the front needs to be fired. I walked in stood there waiting for someone to come out and finish up my my passport application and everytime I would ask the dark sinned individual he would say idk if she left, idk if someone is here, etc… all of this with a horrible attitude/tone and belittling glances. I continued standing there for another 30 mins, nobody came out and the man acted like no one was there rather than trying to help or assisting. Management needs to take action against this Individual by firing him and teaching him correct mannerisms. Don’t visit this place as it’s disrespectful and has no values for customers.

Although there was moderate traffic, I was surprised at how short the line was—only one person ahead of me. The teller was exceptionally friendly, asked all the right questions, and made the entire process smooth and easy. Everything was handled efficiently without feeling rushed. Overall, I had a great first impression and have no complaints at all.
