ALL 3 overnight drop boxes/bins are completely full since YESTERDAY, so much so that the doors wont pull open and customers cannot drop off packages. The kicker is that you can CLEARLY hear employees in the back having a grand old time, but no one cares enough to dislodge or empty one (or all) of the bins so customers can drop off their packages. Seems sloppy, carless, and lazy. It would take what, 30 seconds to empty a bin so others could safely drop off their packages? Very disappointing.

I dropped off an important package on June 4, and it sat at this post office until June 11 with no movement. The tracking showed “Departed Post Office,” but there were no updates for an entire week. I had to make multiple calls to the supervisor before anything finally happened. What makes this even more frustrating is that my documents were being sent from Livonia to Troy—less than 30 minutes away. A shipment within the same state should not take a week just to reach a distribution center. When I called concerned that my documents might be lost, the situation was brushed off, and I was told to wait. It felt like nobody took the issue seriously, despite the package showing no movement for days. Only after repeated calls did it finally arrive at a distribution center on June 11. Very disappointing experience. The lack of urgency and communication caused unnecessary stress, especially since these were important documents. I would not choose this location again.

Rudest and least helpful employees I’ve ever met at a Post Office. Will go out of my way to avoid this one. The only reason to give above one star is that due to the drop boxes you usually don’t need to talk to anyone.

United States Postal Service provides an important and reliable service for the community by handling mail and package deliveries efficiently. The local post office is generally organized and offers essential mailing services in a convenient location. The staff are usually professional, patient, and helpful when assisting customers with shipping, tracking, or other postal needs. Even during busy times, they work hard to keep things moving smoothly. The facility is typically clean and accessible, and services such as package drop-off, P.O. boxes, and mailing supplies make everyday tasks more convenient. Overall, the United States Postal Service continues to be a dependable resource for sending and receiving mail, supporting both individuals and businesses in the community.
