I showed up the first time and was double charged an expedite fee which I had to sort out by myself after the fact; then they denied my passport photo that was taken by FedEx with no other reason than “ I don’t think they’ll take that,” and forced me to pay for their photo services before they would process it. Today I went in with an appointment for a passport photo (to avoid the same photo issue) and waited in line for 15 minutes past my appointment time just for them to tell me “our camera is down. We emailed you at 4am.” No signs anywhere saying the machine was down. What a waste of time.

I paid what they said and mailed the card. It was not delivered. I'm so sad my friend didn't receive this. It was such a special card. It's been 18 days and the card did not arrive to her, or back to me.
