- EGEduard GromykoJun 15, 20261.0Our family had an appointment in Greenmead USPS office for the US Passport for our older baby. The appointment was scheduled at 10:30am. We came in time, as required, at 10:15am. Untill 11:30am we were just waiting. My small baby 2 weeks old was waiting with us too. I asked the people who working in this post office why I should wait so long. They answered me that today is Monday and everybody in the office is late. How the people in USPS office can come to work more than 1 hour late??? May be some kind of inspection should check what happens? Really, I can't understand this situation. By the way, we just grabbed all our documents and went out. Never again we will have a business with Greenmead USPS office and we will advice all our friends not do it too.
- PPPatrice PTJun 6, 20263.0Needs to replace the parking lot! There are a lot of pot holes. There are also a lot of cracks in the cemented sidewalk that makes it dangerous for disabled people walking into the building. The service clerks are friendly and personable.
