  Absolutely horrible customer service. Extremely rude and talks down to you like you are supposed to know her job. Worst ever!

  Employees are EXTREMELY RUDE! Not helpful at all. The customer service was disgusting. I will NEVER return.

  I came in, was interrupted as I was explaining what I needed, and then rudely informed they could not help me in any way and given a terse "yeah, bye" as I left. Possibly the most unprofessional staff I have ever met anywhere. Deeply disappointed.

  I have had a few negative experiences at this FedEx Livonia location (6 Mile / Newburgh) but this last experience nearly ruined a major milestone celebration. I needed a 16x20 print for a retirement party gift for our department's beloved former Chair, who served us for decades. FedEx charged me $20 for a product that was completely unusable due to poor print quality. When I asked for help, the staff simply blamed my file, but they completely lacked the expertise or willingness to provide any actual guidance on how we could improve the image quality from our end. Instead of helping a customer solve a problem, they took my money and left me completely stranded right before a major event. Unfortunately, this is not my first issue here. I've used this location in the past for community event materials, and the quality was consistently bad. Because this store is so close and convenient, I really wanted to be able to use them, but after so many bad experiences and zero effort to help a customer in a pinch, I plan to never enter this store again. Thankfully, another company (Dollar Bill Printing) was able to take the exact same file, instantly catch what needed to be fixed, and print it flawlessly same day. They even drove to our office to hand deliver it. If you need professional-grade printing, helpful staff, or reliable service for an important event, I recommend avoiding this FedEx location.
