  Fedex attempted to deliver a package 3 or 4 times. Never delivered it & says I signed for it. No attempt to fix the problem at all. What about the delivery person who says I signed?. What about showing proof that there even is any signature?. Fedex is definitely not the company to handle shipments.

  Hey so, store employees. The website and customer service both say that the purchase of any express shipping label guarantees the right to a free packaging option. We had an argument about this in the store. My employees in other states have always been able to get free shipping containers with these shipping labels, when sending equipment back. So why will you not honor that?

  Clean and ok copiers, staff chargers an additional fee if they assist you with any service they do. I think it's 2 or 3 bucks on top of copies. Plus 5heybus3 a premium paper in the copiers behind the counter. But then there is that service charge on top of that. So one single b/w copy could cost you close to $4 if they do it for you. Then they are slow and typically have to reprint your items over due to wrong setting on machine, no extra charge but such a waste. They do have some decent copy services but kinda of pricey for the final product. Custom orders need to be done online for products not done in store. And longer wait times for service and delivery and shipping cost. The value for color copies are a deal especially for short runs, small projects. 5 pages or less after that it starts to climb if you have larger volumes. Lamination and cutting boards are provided all self service. Additional fee if a certain value is not bought. I think u need to charge 10 or more for service behind the house desk or they throw on a credit card fee. On top of the other charges and fees, so it can add up fast. Little tricky location to find, had trouble first time locating using maps, not clear marked where exactly how to get into lot. And store location. It's gets u in the area, but not exactly the correct navigation to get into lot.
