  When I came to this establishment is very clean and organized. I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Vania, She was working by herself. I waited 45 minutes for her to be able to assist me, but she was working as swiftly as she could helping about eight people by herself never having attitude or anything. I think that this is very unacceptable for management or the company to have one person in here working by themselves, let alone the safety if an unruly customer would have got loud with her. For her to have been by herself, she did very well and kept a cool calm and collective attitude. This company really needs to honor her because she represented FedEx company with class. While being understaffed. I rate her a 10 out of 10. The company is poorly managed, especially the Southfield FedEx

  Lady was incredibly rude and impossible. Ive been in customer service all my life. Im reasonable and understanding when it comes to the way businesses operate. She gave me false expectations and insisted on inconveniencing me unnecessarily. Ive been to other locations, plenty times and never experienced anything like this. I barely ever make reviews but she was so nasty, I had to. I can't remember her name, but I believe she was a supervisor, slender, brown & kinda short. The other staff was new and was trying to be helpful but she wasn't having it.

  The representative Lisa is unprofessional and not at all helpful. While another young lady was present and offering everyone assistance, Lisa only had something say when she asked me to leave before my self service transaction was completed. Would not recommend this location as it only takes one interaction to spur the entire experience. The transaction would have been completed in less than 5 minutes. I arrived 20 mins prior to closing to transmit a fax. At 7:59, here comes Lisa asking me to cleave. I offered no argument or resistance but I’m certainly leaving this review and contacting customer support. No one randomly comes to this business unless there is a business need. Well it’s clear that Lisa prioritizes leaving work ASAP without regard to customer service.

  I went in today to order some fliers for my business, not only was the older lady behind the counter rude and abrasive but she really didn’t want to help at all. If I’m coming to a business for help and I’m asking about sizes and samples of what they look like why are you blowing your breath and telling me to go online. Like this is the main reason why these store fronts are closing up and people are ordering from Vista Print. She said I can’t do it today. Didn’t even ask when I needed them or anything just basically shewed me away. How does she expect to pay her bills when pushing customers out the door?
