There was no line when I pulled up to the window, but then man looked at me, flipped the sign from open to closed and walked out the back door. This was not during one of the posted break times.

I went three times to mail a letter, and all three times he was talking on the phone; his window was closed, and he refused to do his job, acting negligently. They should fire him from that position for his negligence—he just stood there talking loudly on the phone.

Also there's no walk up window, so non-drivers like myself need to stand and wait in the driveway if there's a line. Honestly the only reason I still bother with this location is it's still quicker than taking a bus downtown.
