- RHRebecca HerrickJul 8, 20261.0This will be the 3rd in a year I'm having to go up to confirm my identity to have my address changed back to what I have had it at for over 5 years now.. I was told back in March everything was set and I should receive no more issues trying to receive my mail... Only to find out someone cancelled my order in March to transfer(mind you that was the 2nd attempt) I had went to every post office in Lansing back in March was told no I can't help you try the next office. I had to renew license back in Feb.. I'm still trying to receive it..ALSO MY BANK CARDS AND MONEY ISSUED TO ME.. A DEATH CERTIFICATE.. THINGS I'VE HAD TO PAY FOR MORE THAN ONCE TO RECIEVE.. I'D CHECK WITHH POST OFFICE THEY TELL ME I'M GOOD. ONLY TO FIND OUT, I'M NOT! AND SAME THINGS WOULD HAPPEN.*RETURNED TO SENDER!* I'm leaving the largest paper trail on this journey hoping that will help. please make this the last attempt to straighten this out... PLEASE!!

I had put the wrong address on my package and she helped me through everything and would call me giving me updates on the situation. She never sounded irritated or annoyed with me and like I said, she was very helpful.
- DMDavid McCarthyMay 11, 20215.0I just had to laugh at all the negative reviews. So you're telling me a postal worker was a little rough around the edges? Nooo!! Couldn't be. People feel so unbelievably entitled when it comes to dealing with service workers. I mostly deal with one woman in here, and she always does a good job. She doesn't act like she's bursting with joy to see me, but I treat her with respect, and she treats me with respect. This is an extremely convenient location, well run, and I'm very grateful it's here.
