  I love coming to this location.. I was in there today August 12, 2026 and Logan was a very very big help he is very respectful and deserves employee of the month he was very patient with me and I had come in with 4 different boxes and he was just the sweetest...keep up the good hard work Logan we could us more teens like you... thank you for being very respectful and patient with me..

  I returned a package from Amazon. Apparently I did something wrong because the girl who helped snapped at me right away. I tried to ask her what I did wrong and she was just mean and nasty towards me. She was working at the station in the area straight ahead, but all the way to the left. This was at the S. Cedar St location in Lansing MI on Friday, August 7, 2026 some time between 4 and 4:30 PM. I was really taken a back as they are usually so friendly. I suppose I'll go to another location from now on, which is inconvenient, as this one is so close by. Bummer.

  The customer service is great and the employees are friendly. Charging customers $4 to print a pre purchased UPS shipping label is absolutely robbery. It's one single sheet of paper, some black ink, and about two minutes of someone's time.

  Another super efficient UPS store. It's so great to know that I'll be taking care of no matter which location I stop in to in the our greater Lansing area. The only reason I gave this location of four is because I had a unique situation and the staff member told me I would have to come back out to this location, to complete my transaction... I found out later that I could have gone to one of the other locations just fine, and any of the other locations were much closer to me.... Considering the price of gas and the value of my time I would have much rather gone to a closer location. I'm sure they wanted the count for their store, but I feel that I should have been told I had a choice. Even with this circumstance, I would still highly recommend this location.

  I love ups. I came to this store for first time. And I had an issue with trying to figure out how to return my items from SHEIN. The worker Jaden was incredibly smart. And helpful. She has excellent customer service skills. I was impressed. Thanks Jaden for your help. You rock.
