The employee who helped her was extremely rude from the start. We believe he was in his 40s with a long white/black beard. Instead of greeting her or asking how he could help, he just looked at her and tapped on the scale without saying anything. She was confused, so she politely explained she was there for an Amazon return. His response was a sarcastic “fantastic,” which came across as very snarky and unprofessional. There was no basic customer service no greeting, no clear communication, and no willingness to help someone who was unfamiliar with the process. It made what should have been a simple return feel uncomfortable and frustrating. I hope management addresses this, because a little patience and basic courtesy go a long way, especially for first-time customers.

I wish I could say it’s just one employee that acts this way however I have yet to come across one that is even remotely pleasant. I have come in to this location many times over the months with return items and any question I have asked was met with annoyance as if I am an inconvenience. The unprofessionalism is profound. I would rather spend gas money driving out of my way than dealing with any of these miserable people again.
