  I was in here yesterday I just called the store to ask if I could get a refund on an item that I needed shipped out the guy put the receiver address as MINE so I just paid 30 dollars in shipping just to get it sent back to me and they are refusing a refund and told me there’s nothing they can do? I asked if I can have it properly sent out they said no once it’s paid for you can send it back out. UPDATE they made a new label and shipped item out

  Every time I’ve gone into this UPS the staff has been incredibly helpful and very nice. There’s not really any wait time at all, which is huge because we are all busy people. This UPS store is in a great location and it’s impressively clean.

  This is the location I use for both my business and personal needs and my Amazon returns. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The last time I was there an employee rushed to the door to open it when he saw I had a huge box I was bringing in. This is by far the best location. :-) Thank you!
