  I went in with a couple of Amazon returns. Amazon instructions were to make sure the package was in a box that was not the original Amazon box. One return had its own box that was inside the original Amazon box that was not the original Amazon box. The second only came in a plastic bag so when I came in and had the plastic bag in a shoe box and the other in the seller packaging I tried to explain to the guy behind the counter what was in the instructions and was cut off multiple times and was not allowed to speak what I had to say. I was abruptly told "I have worked here long enough to know how to do this and I will not go around in circles with you." I felt unheard and disrespected as I was not given an opportunity to explain what I was attempting to and I was cut off everything I opened my mouth.

  I was in here yesterday I just called the store to ask if I could get a refund on an item that I needed shipped out the guy put the receiver address as MINE so I just paid 30 dollars in shipping just to get it sent back to me and they are refusing a refund and told me there’s nothing they can do? I asked if I can have it properly sent out they said no once it’s paid for you can send it back out. UPDATE they made a new label and shipped item out

  Every time I’ve gone into this UPS the staff has been incredibly helpful and very nice. There’s not really any wait time at all, which is huge because we are all busy people. This UPS store is in a great location and it’s impressively clean.
