- BTBecky TUGENMay 9, 20262.0Staff at the printing counter are NOT friendly nor helpful. They seem to not want to be bothered nor have time to help you. I gave it 3 tries and I will no longer return. Also want to mention that the sizing was off on several of my flyers. I don't care that Staples has a bit lower price-point, I prefer excellent customer service. Other staff in the store were friendly-enough. Head over to FedEx off Michigan Ave and you will be greeted, feel welcomed and they are beyond helpful.
