  This USPS location has a great group of employees! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They provide great customer service and make the experience easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing postal services!

  I want to give a special thank you to Brandon, the supervisor at this LO USPS location, for going above and beyond to help me with a very stressful situation. I originally went to the LO Township location to renew my children’s passports. Unfortunately, I would strongly recommend going directly to a USPS location for passport mailing rather than making the same mistake I did. The shipping label placed on my package could not be properly read, and the package contained extremely important documents. Because of the labeling issue, my package was traveling all over the country for about 30 days, from Detroit to Texas, then Indiana, and eventually back to Detroit, while essentially sitting in lalaland (Detroit distribution center) for a few days. When I came to this USPS location, Brandon took the time to actually listen to my situation and help me. He contacted the distribution supervisor by email, followed up again when necessary, and continued working on the issue instead of simply telling me there was nothing he could do. Thanks to his persistence, the correct PO Box address in Texas was finally linked to my package. Today, I received the email confirmation that both passport applications are now in process. I truly appreciate Brandon’s professionalism, patience, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. When someone is dealing with missing passports and important documents, having a supervisor who genuinely cares and takes ownership of the problem makes a huge difference. USPS is lucky to have someone like Brandon representing them.

  I always find everyone at this post office to be pleasant and helpful. I’ve never had any problems sending or receiving.

  Went to apply for my passport from this location last Friday, 7/24. My appointment was scheduled from 12-12:15pm and the email said to arrive 10 minutes early, which I did. I walked in at 11:50 and Darren greeted me and was very friendly to me, so shout out to him! He also moved very fast and I ended up walking out at 12:03. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking to get or renew your passport.
