- RSRandy StollMay 11, 20261.0Worst post office I've ever dealt with. There is a mailbox 50 yards from my house, and they refuse to deliver to my house. They also refuse to help me get a mailbox at house because of paperwork they don't know how to do How is anyone supposed to get a mailbox if the post office employees can't figure it out. Stuck with a PO box that doesn't fit package deliveries. If I get anything larger than an envelope, they hold it hostage or send it back. Terrible hours, terrible service.
- PMPamela MolitorJan 26, 20262.0In the past 6 months mail delivery has been very spotty either the male person's vehicle is broke down or some other excuse we get mailed about three times a week if we're lucky. I have actually had my insurance canceled because of poor mailing services after 28 years of being with the same insurance company. Just saying totally disappointed in the service

One driver in a red Cherokee has kept my mail box open consecutively allowing mail to be scattered onto the streets on to another property also has dropped off other peoples important mail in my mail box very dissatisfied with this particular driver

- ECE CMay 18, 20221.0INSANELY incompetent. I shipped a package to Mancelona, Michigan 49659. Instead of going to that address, it was processed through this facility and was marked as "AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP". When I called the staff and let them know my package was misdelivered they tried to tell me that it was my fault. When the woman finally LOOKED at the address on the package she realized they scanned it into the wrong destination and labeled it "MISSENT". The correct destination was roughly 47 minutes away, the employee told me it would take about 1 business day to get to the correct address. I'm on day two now and the package got rerouted to ORLANDO, FLORIDA. So far, my package has been in transit for 9 days and delayed 5 days.
