It was like walking back in time to when the post office was the hub of the community. When it came time for my passport appointment, Rich was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Such a refreshing experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Friendly a shorter bold guy …unfortunately he wasn’t the one to help me .. I was in line waiting to be seen I was next in line but there was a woman who was actually behind me she was there first but she wasn’t in line at all she was actually taking care of her personal packaging .which leads me to being in line before her… as I waited in line the person before me had finished I was up next unfortunately the woman that was now in line after me was called before me the woman at the counter looked straight past me to the woman behind me now I don’t like to put race into it but this was clearly a disrespectful and very unprofessional way to handle customers it was definitely purposely done I kindly walked out with no words because what’s understood doesn’t have to be explained we are all adults and that’s why I’m rating them a 1 the woman was very unprofessional and unhelpful I highly recommend a moral training maybe a recertification for her placement as she shouldn’t handle customers if this is the way she’s doing it .
