- ANAlannah NeedhamJul 2, 20262.0The lady who delivers mail on my street is a miserable person. I just bought this house last summer and have been spending thousands in emergency repairs, so I have not been able to get around to putting in a mailbox, since it costs hundreds of dollars. I was picking up my mail on weekends, but unfortunately, there was a death in the family out of town and I wasn't able to pick up my mail. Instead of just delivering it to me(since I do have a mailbox by my door), she just sent all of my mail back to the sender. The person next to me gets their mail delivered to their house and my house is 10 feet away from theirs, so it's not like she would be going on a hike to get my mail to me. Just a complete and total miserable person. You never know what's going on in people's lives. Don't just assume I'm lazy and not putting up a mailbox. If I could right now, I would!

The USPS driver at this location consistently does not deliver packages, but leaves notes of attempted deliveries even when someone is at the house. Pure laziness. The latest attempted delivery “excuse” the delivery driver needed an access code. We live in a home in a normal neighborhood. There are absolutely no access codes. Absolutely terrible customer service and unable to reach anyone at the branches location.
