I had to message each buyer and inform them what was going on as a week had passed and their packages still weren’t marked as shipped. I lost three sales.

On top of that I'm always getting mail that goes to a different address. This post office needs to get it together as this has been happening for YEARS. And it's not just a here and there thing it's constantly happening. Completely unacceptable!
