Upon calling USPS in Jackson I was put in touch with a postal employee named Lisa. She was so kind and helpful and put my mind at ease that the package would be delivered. In a day when customer service can be frustrating with short explanations that we don't always understand, Lisa was amazing....I hope this message will filter down to her to express my appreciation. - MAM AndersonApr 10, 20261.0I won’t go to this location anymore because the man at the desk, Victor, makes me super uncomfortable every time I go. I have said I am married many times, but “jokes” with me in ways I find odd and inappropriate, especially since he is at least 20 years older man me. This location is the most convenient for me to use to send my mail, but I am now having to go out of my way because I want to avoid him that badly.
