- PBPeri BurgJun 17, 20261.0Wish I could give 0 star, after reading ALL these reviews how the heck is this garbage manager still at this location? Somehow delivered our package to the wrong mailbox at 11am, we called at 11:30am, manager claimed it wasn't a problem the driver was going to come back and get it out of whoevers mailbox and get it to us.(item is desperately needed for work) Nothing, said hed call back and update us when he would be coming back, nothing. Tried calling at 3:58pm(location posted hours are until 5pm) Wont answer, then I get transferred to call center that have tried to help but are restricted... obviously this manager doesnt care and knows how to play the system to get out of actually helping. Every review is terrible and about similar experiences. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT USPS. Item was ordered off Amazon, really wish Amazon wouldve been the ones to bring it and not gave it to USPS to never be seen again. Absolutely the most unprofessional place ever, I see why they are losing so much money and closing stores!

Guy who answered stated he was a manager but proceeded to tell me they don’t send out letters in the mail while I was staring right at it. Also was very rude his tone was annoyed the whole time. While I was trying to figure out where my w2s are because the letter stated they were withholding my mail for 10 days and then it would be returned to sender but he said they don’t do that and basically I was wrong.
