- NNNoah NolanSep 26, 20261.0This PostNet location is currently holding approximately 22 packages belonging to me and has not provided me with a clear legal basis for refusing to release them for pickup. I have repeatedly requested arrangements to retrieve my property. After my most recent requests, I have also had difficulty reaching the location by phone. I have formally instructed the location not to transfer, return, recycle, destroy, or otherwise dispose of my packages while this dispute is unresolved. The explanations I have been given including account termination, allegations concerning identification, and the location's claim that it is merely a third party have not established any legal basis for continuing to withhold my property from pickup. If my property continues to be withheld, I intend to pursue the matter through PostNet corporate, the appropriate postal and consumer-protection authorities, and any available legal remedies. I am requesting one simple resolution: release my packages for pickup.
