They shove stuff into a small mailbox and damage it repeatedly. They need to just take a few more seconds to walk it up to the house. How would they liike it if their stuff was damaged?

Which means you get to listen to recording after recording and never get an actual person to explain the issue to or get an answer on where your mail ended up.
