They're usually on time with deliveries, but they recently messed up and sent an important package the wrong way, delaying it by a week. It happens, I get it and I'm not really that upset, but it seems like with all the technology we have available to us, we might make less mistakes if things were double checked. IDK, it was probably a machine's fault and scanned it incorrectly or something.
The major downside when something goes wrong with them is the multi layered channels you have to go through to get assistance. I wish it were easier to get ahold of someone who can help.

A package should not arrive at 6am on a Monday morning and still not go out for delivery on Tuesday morning. From now on pay extra for UPS or Fed Ex

Don’t use usps if you have a choice. My mail shouldn’t take 10 days longer than it shows in my email. And I thought Amazon was priority? Then why was my package out for delivery today but now says it “should” arrive in 7 more
days.
