They took the time to give me advice on filling out the customs form to make sure it shipped quickly and even fixed a problem I hadn’t realized with the box. It was a Tuesday midday, and there was no wait for service for me or anyone else the whole time I was there.

My only negative is I wish there was a bigger drop off for small parcel so I can drop more packages off after hours.

I haven't ever had a bad experience, always received smiles, and good service...maybe if you are complaining, you are just a person that complains about everything. It's the post office for crying out loud. I love that they also always bring out the tray of stamps and let me pick it's just a good time.
