- KWKevin Werner2 days ago5.0Danyell went above and beyond after I called about a package having been updated as “return to sender”. She looked for the package and couldn’t find it but later took the initiative when she saw the package come back in to remember my call and put the package in a “ready for pick up” status hoping I’d see the update (which I did). Appreciate the above and beyond service!!!!
