  Service is great all around but the bald man that looks like caillou was super nice, he went above and beyond for me! We was kinda cute too but that’s besides the point, give that man a raise!

  How the hell is the store going to charge you $5.00 to print a label? A prepaid label. The employees in the store are hesitant to give out any information unless pressed for it, and an employee was just sitting on the desk. Staff is not friendly or engaging in a friendly manner, I asked for someone’s number because it’s not the girls fault for the policy but they weren’t friendly. Very disappointed in the customer service. I was told that “they are part of UPS”. Well if you’re not part of UPS don’t be called The UPS store. Your whole team working tonight needs to be trained better or needs be to be let go. The staff doesn’t represent UPS at all. Only used this place because it was a last resort as I have extreme health issues and my package to be sent today. Don’t come here. This place will take advantage of you.

  Apparently I am not alone in my experience with the Holland UPS store. $5 to print a pre-paid UPS label for an Amazon return is theft. The store employee was rude about it as though my surprise was unreasonable. I am new to West Michigan and was not impressed. I hope the owner of this store realizes that word gets around and every other store I called will print a label for free, which has been my experience for years using the UPS for Amazon returns. There are a lot of people looking for work who will smile at customers and treat them respectfully. Good employees keep customers coming back.

  Normally customer service wants me to do everything perfect before they help me out. Tonight I showed up 5 minutes before they closed with a load of packages my wife gave me and vague instructions. Despite all this, Kendall was very patient and very helpful and helped me sort through the mess even past closing time, which I recognize is rare and not expected. Excellent customer service!
