- SVSarah Vandyke5 days ago2.0I have been going to this UPS for many years. I really loved the old staff/owners I actually walked out smiling every time. Now the ppl working there are not friendly or helpful in the least. I now walk out upset every time. What a shame you can't be courteous when you are in customer service. Just a note, you can actually make someone's day better if your friendly. 👎

- EDErika DvorakApr 27, 20262.0Walked in the door and both employees were scrolling on their phones — one was even sitting on the lower counter with her feet propped up. Neither of them greeted me or said anything till I was right at the counter. The second employee scanned my barcode, gave me a receipt, and went back to typing on his phone without putting the label on my package, which was an expensive item. I had to ask and confirm he even printed the label because I was concerned it would not be put on the package and the item would end up lost.
