Most days the clerks have poor attitudes and act as if customers are bothering them. The customer service is consistently unprofessional and dismissive. On April 22, 2026, I dropped off two prepaid packages at this location. One package was scanned into the system, while the other package was never scanned and is now missing. I filed a complaint with the Postal Inspector, but my complaint was simply forwarded back to the Highland Park station located on McNichols. I spoke with a manager, Ms. Smith, regarding my concerns, and instead of showing concern or urgency, I was basically told what I should do differently next time. At no point was I informed that anyone reviewed the surveillance cameras inside the station to investigate what happened to my missing package. As a business owner, this experience has caused me financial loss and completely destroyed my trust in this location. Based on my experience, there appears to be very little accountability or concern when customer packages go missing. I will never conduct business at this location again and will be taking my shipping business elsewhere.

The post man didn't even bring the mail Saturday and I know this because there is always a security guard at the lobby all day Saturday and Sunday. What do I have to do to get my mail and package
