Other option is they jam everything that will fit in your mailbox whether or not it actually fits! 11/15/25 updated! The laziest carriers ever! I am so sick of having items transferred to the local USPS office for ANY deliveries!! Numerous times items show “out for delivery” and never actually get delivered! I personally have plenty of room in our mailbox and even if there isn’t room in your mailbox, the local crew will make it fit (rather than getting out of their vehicle). This is a perfect example of why this service should be outsourced, rather than run by a government agency! Thank God for Amazon/local delivery drivers or small towns would NEVER get anything in a timely manner!!! Your hours are less than most other businesses and you still close for lunch with a 6.5 hour business day
