- KKkolben kastenJul 4, 20261.0Genuinely nothing against the workers here, but this company is just some government run slop. I can’t believe I even attempted to ship very important stuff to my home out here through USPS. Literally spent over one hundred dollars for shipping just for them to totally mess me up. If it were to be literally any other shipping company I would have gotten my stuff on time in less then two days. Literally any other shipping company. Let that sit with you guys that you are objectively without a doubt the worst shipping company out there. Again, nothing to do with the workers that work here love them to death.
- CMchristle menchacaFeb 19, 20251.0Would give this place zero stars if I could. Package tracking said there was an attempt to deliver my package an hour before the mail usually arrives. Called they confirmed the package couldn't be delivered "due to it being snow locked". Went outside, the areas was clear and I could drive my car up to the mailbox. The workers here don't want to do anything and assume the mail boxes are covered in snow before even going out to check. If you don't want to work then quit so someone else who will do it better can.
- MWMarcie WolfJan 14, 20251.0Good Hart on M-119: Second day in a row that the postal driver set a box for delivery on top of our mailbox by the road. Our driveway is clear so the weather is no excuse (and we have very little snow on M-119)! The delivery person could bring packages to the door like she usually does. Yesterday's package was an expensive electronic device that got covered in snow. Someone could have easily stolen our packages!
- CBCorey BenningtonJan 10, 20241.0The drivers arbitrarily decide which houses to deliver to during the winter months. On some streets you see them drive up over snow mounds to deliver to peoples mail boxes while on other streets they skip houses claiming that the boxes are not reachable. I went into the office once and showed them pictures of their trucks driving up over snow mounds the same day they skipped my box. I also had proof that the area around my box was cleared that particular day. Good luck getting your mail during the winter. The workers have poor decision making skills.
