- ATAhmed Tiham2 days ago1.0The employees are incredibly rude. It is unclear whether they actually want to be there, as it feels like they are being forced to work. Since we are paying customers, we deserve basic courtesy, we do not owe them anything.

- SPShanjida PapiaSep 14, 20261.0If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Honestly, the experience I had today was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. Right when I walked in, the lady with the short bob-style haircut that was mostly white with some darker/black hair mixed in was already being so disrespectful to me for absolutely no reason. I was literally just there trying to take care of what I needed to do, and the way she treated me was completely unnecessary. She kept mumbling things under her breath and talking about me behind my back while looking directly at me and saying it, like I couldn’t hear her. I could hear everything. I wanted to say something right then and there, but I was so upset and overwhelmed that I was literally fighting back tears. I didn’t even know what to say because I was that angry and hurt. I don’t understand why some people feel the need to treat others like that. You never know what someone is going through, and it literally costs nothing to be kind and respectful. If she had an issue with me or something I was doing, she could have simply spoken to me directly instead of making rude comments under her breath and talking about me where I could hear her. I left there feeling so upset because I genuinely did not deserve to be treated that way. Customer service is about treating people with basic respect, and unfortunately, I did not receive that today. I really hope someone addresses this because no customer should have to walk into a place and leave feeling humiliated and on the verge of tears because of an employee’s behavior.

She just grabbed the file and it almost ripped apart. Very unprofessional somebody needs to get these people out of here and hire people that actually wanna work
