Having a job in this economy is a blessing. And you all have such a important job behind this glass all. Understand that you are also making difference by teaching us community how to use usps services. Some of us new this country or the community and sometimes you might find difficult to explain over and over again. But everyone can learn something new if you guided them with wisdom and smile on your face. They will enjoy this city and the employees would be more respected around the community. This is coming form a customer service representative who been in this field for 35 years.

The lady on the second booth from the left Side had attitude when I asked her to weigh a package so I could know the exact amount and go grab the money. Instead of doing that, she got mad at me, telling me that they already told me. But they didn't tell me; all they did was tell me it starts at $13.99.After I gave them the package, they got mad and told me it's going to be $150 or more. I asked if I could get the exact amount, and they didn't like that.
