Incredibly rude to my husband when he politely asked for help. We've lived on base for 5 months and we keep getting the previous resident's mail. We have returned her mail, and filled out all necessary forms to request she be taken off the address. A short crabby woman acted like it was the biggest inconvenience of her life to help him out. It went so far that she threatened to call the police and basically called him an idiot to his face, blaming him for her incompetence. She also refused to check on a package that was supposed to be delivered that day. The actual mail carrier came in and was nice enough to make the simple phone call to our carrier and sort the situation out. It should not be like pulling teeth to get an employee to do her customer service job and help the damn customer.

Every single time i order a package i get it scrunched in my mailbox. Many times i've had things bent and broken. I've witnessed the mail person try and stuff multiple large packages into my mailbox. It's just ridiculous and rude. In the time it takes for her to wrestle all the packages into the mailbox she could've easily pulled into my driveway and brought them to the porch instead of twisting and breaking my things. Then you add on the awful customer service in the post office. Disgusting attitude every time i've been there or had to call. and I know I'm not the only one that's had these issues.

Refuses to deliver packages whenever there is a slight amount of snow. Claiming “obstructed pathway” when everything can be accessed just fine. Customer service is also horrendous.

Absolutely ridiculous how obstinate and boorishly rude the postal workers are here. I ordered a new phone and had to wait for over a week to be able to actually receive my package, when I had an email that stated that my parcel, complete with a USPS tracking number, had been delivered. I then went to the office to try and pickup my parcel when it wasn't delivered as stated, they told me I was being stupid and that it was being delivered through UPS. I tried to argue with them and show that it wasn't, in fact, through UPS, and the worker there called me an obscene name and walked off. (I should point out that this happened after being ignored for 5 minutes when I initially walked into the lobby.) When I went online and rescheduled it for pickup at the post office, and then the next day showed up for pickup as per the confirmation email instructions, they promptly snuffed my proof of rescheduling and told me that it was out for delivery, despite having it listed as hold for pickup. I showed them the proof, showing the email from USPS, and they told me I didn't know what I was talking about, and told me it was out for delivery that day. It didn't show up for another 3 days. Very displeased, and the women working there didn't even try to help me find this package, despite me telling them that I hadn't had a properly working phone for over a week. They just told me to f***ing deal with it and walked away. So, if I may, super f@#$ing unprofessional. If you don't like working the postal service, that's fine. Go find another job, but maybe hire people who actually have an ounce of respect and kindness, and enjoy the job?
