  Since the new HOA took over our condo, things have honestly gone downhill. We’ve been dealing with constant hot water issues, and the mailboxes that were supposed to be replaced three months ago still haven’t been touched. Meanwhile, our HOA fees went up, but nothing’s actually improving. What’s even more frustrating is that I used to be able to speak directly to the person in charge, and now I’m stuck going through an “assistant.” She was emailing me weirdly interrogating me about a mailbox key I’ve literally never had, which felt really off. The previous association would actually come help fix things inside my condo, but now, even with higher fees, they can’t even help with something as simple as fixing the caulking that the last association messed up. If I’m paying more and still have to go pick up my own mail and deal with unresolved issues, that just doesn’t sit right.

  I’m wondering if anyone works at this company. We are an owner of a condominium and are trying to get a few Issues resolved. It is next to impossible to get a call back all you get when you call is just the answering service. Recently, they raised the condominium association dues. I thought things were going to get better they progressively have gotten worse. If I can ever discover who is on the board of this association, I will try and figure out why they hired such an an inept property management company. Shame on the board shame on the property management company to create all these problems and stress for people who are just trying to live their life.

  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY! This so called company manages our “HOA” in our neighborhood which is over an hour away from where we live . Maryanne, who is some sort of “secretary” from what it sounds like, seems like a miserable human being also. Overall, this company is a freaking joke. You cannot contact anyone directly. If you request a bass book, they want to charge you. Which apparently the book and bylaws haven’t been updated in over 20 years. We have no clue who’s on our “board” in our neighborhood, which apparently is also the ones who “vote” and determine things.There’s currently a few neighbors that want to end this so called “HOA” and vote it out but that’s unlikely to happen …. We are looking forward to selling our house and getting away from this HOA bull crap. Company is trash.

  We own our condo & received a bill for a claim 2 months later & they are saying it is delinquent. The charges are $1000 for a drain plate that was not replaced. They did caulk the lateral aspect of the tub & sent a bill two months later (a 10 minute job where they charged $100 a minute apparently.) We have called every day & have yet to receive a response. I hand delivered a notice of dispute of charges. My next step will be court. The company is a ponzee scheme. I applaud the friendliness of the "messenger" who takes our calls. However, there is no return phone call to resolve this issue. I have no issues making payment for actual work done (with a detailed bill if I am being charged.) I should not be accountable for work this company did not perform. The unprofessionalism of this company is unacceptable.
