- CSCalle Shannon1 day ago1.0For ALL EDUCATORS in the Detroit/Grosse Pointe area, DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE FOR ANY PRINT SERVICES!!!! I have been told over and over at 5 different visits that "Oh if you come back there will be a staff member who can cur the spine off your paperback workbook/textbook and spiral bind for you." This is the fifth visit and I've just been told that no one on staff can cut the spine off and spiral bind any book. I was then directed to drive all the way out to Clawson/Chesterfield/Troy to take a chance with them. I am absolutely frustrated and want to fair warn my fellow educators to not get scammed and end up wasting their time. Enough of my time was wasted for us all.

I used to go to UPS for my Amazon returns but I find Staples is quicker, more helpful, more efficient, and just easier. I was initially reluctant because you don't get a receipt for your return until I realize that as soon as they scanned my item I received an email alerting me that my return was there. Thank you Staples for decreasing our paper consumption and saving the planet!
