We spend our money but can never get any type of courtesy from the people that feel they are controlling the narrative. All of these seld serve everything and no self serve lamenting machine. 3 sheets of paper and each employee acted like 2 minutes was goi g to make a difference in a job that was in process. I have neen patronizing this store for 20 years and 2 minutes was going to hurt them. And the machine was hot. If I had said I would pay extra I bet they would have done it.lack of customer service and courtesy.

When I started the print project it defaulted to a red background and it was very counterintuitive that the background color option was buried all the way at the end (far right) of the edit toggles and unclear what that toggle was. I would think any project should start with a white background and that should be the first edit option, not the last. Just my 2 cents. I was working on the project at home and drove to the store for help to fix it because my ADHD was too triggered to allow me to figure it out. The drive helped calm my brain and I figured it out before any one from the print shop could help. But Rasheed did check on me after I had figured it out. The memorial cards for my mother's Celebration of life turned out beautifully! And when I picked them up Rasheed was very kind and compassionate when he realized that I was dealing with the loss of my mom. The celebration was lovely!
