  "Mailing it today." I heard it multiple times over multiple weeks before I got fed up and just showed up out of the blue to have them print and hand me my escrow check. I went as far as calling another First American Title closer to me. They said that the location I am having problems with can print to this location and I can pick it up closer. I tried that and they gave me the run around saying they are the only ones that can't do that. I call B.S. If you are considering this company please don't. Save yourself the time, money and headaches dealing with this company.

  These folks got our package done in time for our closing, despite last minute shenanigans from the mortgage underwriter. They hung on for a late friday close even though it nipped into the start of their weekend. We were very grateful for their outstanding service in the cruncj.

  They are the absolute worst! Don't go to this company especially if you are closing on a house. They have made so many mistakes that have cost me so much time, money and stress! I have even confronted them on their mistakes and instead of apologizing for their mistakes, they give you a run-around excuse and try to make you pay for the mistakes they made. If their staff makes mistakes, the manager backs up the staff member instead of the customer! They will not correct their mistakes even after admitting that it was a screw-up on their end! They are not thorough at all with the paperwork! They have overlooked so many details that have cost me money!! Save yourself the headache, time and money and go somewhere else.
