    The staff has always been friendly but USPS needs to work on their system. Either update the operating system or implement better standard operating procedures. We take multiple packages in every day and have had packages not show tracking info on our receipt. If we drop off 8 packages, they should verify there are 8 tracking numbers. We started doing that on our own after refunding customers their money when product hasn't shown up and can't be tracked. Our business purchased shipping label gives us a tracking # but, the USPS scan does not always verify it when they scan it, and sometimes is missed by the clerk. Something is wrong with this system!

    I recently moved and put in a change of address form. Beware doing this because rather than forwarding my mail like I thought this was the point. They have sent several things back rather than forwarding it. One was an expensive medical thing that I really needed. The postal workers just said this was the procedure what! Have moved before and this didn't happen before. 😕

    All of my mail was soaked today. Because a delivery person was to lazy to bring it to the house. I had 3 packages to large to go in mail box so she just left them laying. I live in the country and there was no excuse to leave my mail at box. The service is horrible at this facility.

    Had an order through Amazon Prime that was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. This place said address was wrong so they didn't have to deliver it. They are LAZY!!! Address was CORRECT!!!
