  The last two times I went into the store. They were talking badly about customers. There was two young guys and an older lady The two gentlemen were very nice and friendly. The older lady on the other hand was talking badly about customer that had just walked out and she was telling them about being drunk the night before this is all while I’m standing in the office. I’ve worked customer service my entire life, and this is so unprofessional. She was talking about how hot it was in the building and how maybe it was because she was still hung over. I understand everyone has lives outside of Work, but you don’t talk about that kind of stuff in front of customers when your customers walk out totally fine to hang out with your coworkers. Last time I was there maybe about a week ago it was the same woman talking badly about a customers clothing. I almost go out of my way every time to go to the one on Knapp‘s corner just to avoid the store
