- ATAbi and TobieAug 12, 20261.0I run an Etsy shop and drop off my packages at this location. They used to have a rolling bin you could conveniently place your packages in but now you have to wait in line to hand them to the clerk. Not a huge issue in itself but since the change rolled out these employees are so awful and bitter the moment I step up to the counter, no matter how simple the interaction needs to be. I'm tired of being mocked or spoken down to each visit and I honestly wish they just wouldn't speak to me at all if this is the attitude they're conducting customer service with. I can't imagine coming here if I needed help with a passport or even just buying postage.
