- JGJelly GirlAug 19, 20261.0You will spend all day in line especially if you get the blonde lady with glasses, this is literally the worst location. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way just to avoid coming to this location.

- SJSavannah JJul 22, 20261.0This place is usually understaffed, but I’m understanding because it’s a tedious job not many want to do, and appreciate the women who work there. However, twice this week the door was open but the gate closed. No note or mention of returning. Waited 35 minutes today to find out the clerk was on break. I asked her if she could make a sign to hang up for us to at least know when she would come back. She said she can’t.. I asked if there was a manager that could do it for her, she said she was there alone.. Who is managing and running this branch? Why is there not a scheduled break time posted on the door? And why do you have employees that are unwilling to hand write a note and tape it to the gate? Super disappointing. I would try somewhere else for the time being, or be sure to go in the morning.

ANYONE NOT RESPECTFUL OF OUR TIME AND EFFORTS AND IMPORTANCE SHOULD & MUST BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!! P.S. I had an incident which caused management to return my call but I feel they did not take the incident serious at all!!!! When I send a package out certified or registered, I expect it handled in that manner, instead the lady that wears “eclectic gear” rushed me out, did not send my package out exactly how I set it up and was rude about it! Plus, she also kicked other people out that was in line because she needed to get to an appointment!!!! The NERVE! She MUST BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
