  (LOCATION: 1451 LAKE DR.) This is a horrible location! CAUTION! USPS SERVICES ARE WAYYYY TOOOO IMPORTANT FOR ANY LOCATION TO NOT HANDLE OUR PACKAGES WITH CARE, TIME & RESPECT! ANYONE NOT RESPECTFUL OF OUR TIME AND EFFORTS AND IMPORTANCE SHOULD & MUST BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!! P.S. I had an incident which caused management to return my call but I feel they did not take the incident serious at all!!!! When I send a package out certified or registered, I expect it handled in that manner, instead the lady that wears “eclectic gear” rushed me out, did not send my package out exactly how I set it up and was rude about it! Plus, she also kicked other people out that was in line because she needed to get to an appointment!!!! The NERVE! She MUST BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  The USPS at 1451 Lake Drive is by far the best postal office in my opinion! I’ve lived all over the country, so I’ve been to many different post offices over the course of my life. For the past three years, I’ve been using a PO Box with the Eastown USPS, and they have never disappointed me. The ladies working at this location are absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, kind and diligent! At this point, they know me by name and anticipate my needs before I even have to ask. The customer service is outstanding, and I honestly can’t say enough about how well they treat their patrons. Thank you so much Barb and Sarah, I genuinely adore you both, and I’m so grateful for the work that you do! I don’t get to stay long on any given trip to the post office since I’m always on my way to work when I stop in, but every time I get to interact with you, no matter how short, I feel truly happy! Thank you!

  The downtown location is great! Theresa is an amazing person and a huge help. She has a wealth of knowledge and will help you with anything you need done! Dominique is a natural customer service person. She is very patient, beyond kind, amazingly helpful, and has the best smile. There was a line when we went in to get a passport. She did not get frustrated or anxious at all! She still took her time with us and made sure we were given the best experience. I appreciated her immensely (even though one person in line didn't!) If you are in front of her, you are her focus. I'm positive she gives everyone in front of her the same service. No matter their attitude. I will go out of my way to use this location because of Theresa and Dominique.
