- TKTom KenneyMay 4, 20265.0Erica and Lynda are excellent communicators and are super sweet! I ask them to hold my parcel with an old address of mine on there. One of those orders when you have your old address attached to it and you push it through without a second thought. This post office came in clutch. You just need to bring in your tracking number, and the address itll be going to. Then just pickup 😄 thank you!

I've been calling for over an hour and no one ever picks up the phone.

When asked why I haven't received my lock and key for my mail box in over 2 months was told that there weren't any in stock! Yet they took my money knowing that they didn't have any locks in stock. And they can't explain where my mail is going .
