  The location charged me a fee today because my package has been sitting here in this facility for over three weeks. The shipper was supposed to send the package to my home address. Instead it was sent to this location. I was not notified that my package had been sitting here all this time. The shipper who sent it didn't even notify me of this important discrepancy. I found out it was going to be shipped back in August.

  I typically have great service here but I arrived at 6:59 - and the door was already locked with one customer inside - there were several employees inside - they were not busy and could have let me in to send my package but instead rudely ignored me even though they clearly saw me -they didn’t even acknowledge me. It’s sad that customer service is not what it used to be

  I am sick, miserable today but I had to send a package and I had until the 3rd of July. I called this store at 5:11pm to confirm they were going to be opened tomorrow, July 3rd. The lady in the picture told me the store was closed tomorrow, I asked if they were opened today, she said they close at 5:30pm. So I ran out of my house, again, feeling sick. When I got to the store, I found. It full of people. Two guys and one woman. I spoke with her, the same voice. I asked one of the guys who what time they closed and they said 7pm: I asked her why did she tell me they closed at 5:30pm. She looked at me like she was spaced out, she did not respond immediately, then she told me she didn’t know what I was talking about. I insisted and she just left with my package to the back of the store. I insisted in talking with the manager but one of the clerks told me she was the manager. I am baffled that you would have someone like this working at a store that is constantly busy, let alone as a manager. I need to add pictures. Apparently toy her name is Lilly.
