  UPDATE- The manager Ariel reached out to me the next day to help rectify the issue. I appreciate her willingness to address my challenges and work with me to have a beneficial solution. Updating review from 1 to 5 stars due to her customer service and willingness to reach out and address my problem. Horrible experience. Went to renew an annual small PO Box and the staff had no idea how to do it. They asked me to come in the next day but I explained that my service period ends the next day and couldn't due to my schedule. Staff called the owner and I was charged 150% more than last year 20/month to 50/month). Was told "that's the current market value" by the owner with no further elaboration. When I tried to proceed with renewing I was asked for a copy of my car insurance and ID by the staff. When I questioned why they could possibly need my car insurance when I already had the PO Box and was renewing, they were magically able to complete the renewal without it OR my ID. After renewal I pointed out how my receipt lacked the renewal timeline details and specific itemizations of my previous receipt. I was told that it was due to the increased rate??? And that I'd get an email with the details. Overall sketchy behavior from this location. Staff are not trained, will claim increased rates for services but apply customized fees instead of itemized rates, claim that they need copies of car insurance, etc.

  The owner “O’Neill” is a fraud and liar. Gives false info to dodge any responsibility for a package they lost - and don’t want to claim responsibility for losing. Their staff are also incompetent, and clueless on the whole situation. Will not be using again and filing a complaint through BBB. Insanity.

  Incredibly swift and effective stores. I walked in behind two others. I waited 1 minute. I took my turn. Walked up, my package was scanned. I was offered a receipt and BOOM I was done. 30 seconds from walking up to the counter and they had the package and I walked out the door. Super efficient. Very friendly. Great service

  I needed to return items from six different shipments that had mistakenly been sent to my home by my daughter, who lives in L.A. I apologized to Brekken because there were multiple return codes that needed to be matched to the items in one large box. Brekken was stellar! He immediately told me there was no need to apologize and that we could get it done together. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and reassuring throughout the process. I truly appreciate the friendly and efficient service. This location has consistently made Amazon returns easy and hassle-free, and Brekken went above and beyond to make this particular return a breeze!
