  As a local employer who worked with Robert Half, my experience working with them was deeply disappointing and ultimately not worth the investment. What was presented as a professional recruiting partnership quickly turned into a one-sided arrangement that heavily favored their interests over ours in spite of multiple conversations over the supply of unqualified candidates. From the onset, the fee structure and contractual expectations were rigid and clearly designed to benefit Robert Half, with very little flexibility or consideration for our actual hiring needs- specifically regarding timelines for success. There was minimal transparency around how candidates were sourced or vetted, which raised concerns about the value we were actually receiving. Candidate quality was inconsistent at best. Despite clearly outlining the qualifications and experience we required, we were repeatedly sent candidates who were not a good fit. It often felt like speed was prioritized over accuracy, as if the goal was simply to push placements through rather than ensure long-term success for our team. When concerns were raised, they were not addressed in a meaningful or timely way. Overall, the relationship felt transactional and heavily tilted in their favor, rather than a true partnership. As an employer looking for a recruiting firm that values collaboration, transparency, and alignment, this experience fell far short. I would not recommend Robert Half to other businesses seeking a reliable and balanced recruiting partner and will never use them again.

  As a mid-size company with limited Human Resources and Recruiting capacity, working with Leah Poel and the team at Robert Half made our search for a Upper Level Management position very smooth. We completed the process well in advance of our targeted deadline. This is due to the effective communication, responsiveness, and the real passion Leah demonstrated for finding the best "right fit" candidate for our company.

  Worked with Robert Half to fill a temporary position and it worked put great for us. Interview process was straight forward and we were able to find a candidate that fit our needs. Communication and follow up throughout the contract was seamless. I would certainly work with their team again if the need arose.

  Robert Half’s service quality has declined significantly. Recruiters often fail to follow up or return calls, and there appears to be little advocacy on behalf of candidates during the job search process. Communication is inconsistent, and concerns raised to corporate leadership do not seem to be addressed effectively. Overall, the experience has been disappointing and does not reflect a strong commitment to supporting job seekers. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
