I drive in the weather elements every day as a mobile mechanic his excuse is not valid. My house is in disarray waiting on this package I am very unhappy with FedEx. When I called today the woman on the phone promised me my package would be delivered tonight by 8:00 p.m. And that did not happen. I tried to call to see if they would hold the package so I could pick it up tomorrow morning and they told me it would take 24 hours to process so I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Saturday. Not acceptable FedEx you should get your stuff together!
