Legal documents within the package were destroyed. Disappointed in the lack of securely delivered items from DHL in Grand Rapids. This is the 4th instance where a package was left even although clearly stated by the shipper than signature is required.

However, the truck made it into Grand Rapids and we were hoping to pick it up but they were not sure if they would be able to find the package. I made it to the DHL facility and spoke with Collin. When I tell you he found her dress so quick, all I could say was Thank You Jesus!! And of course Thank You Collin!! You eased our pain and made sure my daughter had her dress for prom. Greatly appreciate what you did for us💕
