  After speaking with riki about helping me get started with a flyer for my business as I stated to her I didn't know what I was doing she didn't want to help at all firstly! Then she proceeded to get smart mouth I walked out will never be back to this location if this how you treat paying customers the last thing I want to believe is the color of my skin she spoke so nice and was very helpful to everyone!

  The Grand Haven Staples store continues to be so unkempt and filthy dirty! I contacted thier corporate office over 8 months ago and was told that they would be making corrections and improvements and we're working with that store manager, but it is blatantly obvious they are not. I took pictures to post here, but there is no option to do so. I will be going to the UPS store from now on and pay the dollar. I also emailed their corporate headquarters, yet again just today.

  If you want to go to Party City to buy anything—or just to get some helium balloons filled—be prepared to wait around an hour. I went this morning, and while I thought they would be a bit more efficient, waiting an hour just for four balloons was incredibly frustrating. I won't be returning to this location, especially since the service wasn't exactly the best, either.
