- TMTim McraeJul 27, 20263.0Usually I give USPS low points because we get poor service from a place we are forced to use and they waste a ton of tax money. BUT - Today I found out they have improved their third party shipper functions by letting you order on line and then show a QR code to the kiosk or employee to print your label. This is a huge improvement over the previous Click & Ship system, and having to print your own label if you went third party. The final nail in my book is that you have to HAND WRITE the address on Priority Packages (unless you 3rd party ship). It is ridiculous that when you pay for upgraded services you have to hand write anything and surely having full details in the computer is more effective & efficient for tracking and security. Finally I give them 3 stars now because they have made some real positive steps forward with these upgrades!
