The employee was watching reels on her phone throughout our interaction, and she reached over the partition to confirm the addresses that I was mailing packages to before I could review them. Lo and behold, packages are being returned to my address as undeliverable because she chose not to include the recipient's name. Should I have pushed back to be allowed to double-check the addresses? Sure. Should I need to do that to ensure my packages are delivered correctly? Absolutely not.
