They were not given any advanced warning or the option to purchase any of the items they had. It was their first time in the store, and they weren’t aware of the store hours. This is very unprofessional behavior!

The staff came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping customers. Instead of making people feel welcome, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. On top of that, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathrooms were dirty and clearly hadn’t been maintained properly. For a business that’s open to the public, basic cleanliness should be a priority, and it definitely didn’t feel that way. Overall, this place left a terrible impression. Between the poor customer service, the lack of professionalism from the staff, and the condition of the restrooms, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of businesses that actually value their customers and take pride in keeping their establishment clean. Unfortunately, this wasn’t one of them.
