  Yuck, right away rude employee snarks at me for following their signage to the wrong place. Okay dude, my bad maybe move your sign? Then I get to the line and there's 10+ people ahead of me. One employee helping my line and another employee on checkout. Where are all the employees? 5 mins in and someone leaves, I ask the lady in front of me if the line has moved at all and she said no. So maybe hire some more employees eh? 10 mins and I've taken one step forward. Never again.

  Employees are not very helpful. They don't want to give receipts to you when dropping off Amazon returns. They tried to tell a guy in front of me they won't accept exact change for his purchase because they don't take pennies. Lmao!

  Need to get your crap together with the Amazon returns. The signs are unclear, employees all ignore you when you walk in and then I waited In the wrong line for him to have me walk around the other lane and wait and he didn’t even do anything just standing there’s twiddling his thumbs. finally after 20 minutes he decides to help and scan my item which took less than 10 seconds. Not sure why he couldn’t have did the same exact thing when all he had to do was turn around. What should have took 5 minutes took 25-30 minutes. This was Thursday afternoon some young lazy kid. The older lady was working fine just slow. Sucks Amazon took away free returns at fedex never had this issue there….

  Honestly, the only issue I have is they ever only have one cashier working. That cashier is expected to do check outs and Amazon returns, it’s too much for one person. I know that it’s too much because every time I’ve been there, I have waited 30+minutes to complete a return.

  I really needed to fax some very important FMLA paperwork to my doctor today because they do not have an email, and I asked the attendant behind the counter to help me because it’s been years since I’ve sent a fax. She said all the instructions are on there and went back to her conversation with the other employee. I spend $10, get home, get ready for work, and then I get a call from my doctor saying they got all blank pages. So, I’m out $10 and need to spend another $10 to get it to my doctor, and your customer service line is always insanely long and that’s not worth my time to get my previous money back. So now I’m going to have to find an alternative or come back and waste more time and money because she was busy talking to the other employee.
