- NDNani DJun 18, 20261.0Very frustrating experience. The staff are often rude, and the office closes for lunch without any sign to inform customers when they will return. As a result, a line of people ends up waiting outside the door with no information. They really need to improve their communication and customer service.

- MBMarie BedellMay 4, 20261.0This place is never open when I go and their hours show 830 to 5 PM Monday through Friday but every time I show up they are closed sometimes it’s because they claim they went to lunch but that’s not recorded in the hours of availability anywhere so apparently they can just shut down and go to lunch whenever and then other times it’s been like today. I showed up at 11 AM and it was closed. The door was locked on the outside. I don’t know who’s running this place, but it is a disaster and a waste of a drive as I continue to have to go to other post offices every time I try to go to Franklin and it’s closed when it’s not supposed to be.
