- SSSteveApr 29, 20261.0I wish i could give Zero stars. Every single time i go here to ship packages from my buisness, sure enough Denise is there to be as lazy and rude as ever. I have never had any issues at any other post office in genesee county except this location, and especially with this particular employee. Its a damn good thing this isnt a privately owned business. 👎👎

I have mail marked as "delivered" and not show up until a week later, if at all. I regularly have mail I am expecting and will watch the carrier drive by my house without stopping. They tend to deliver everything once or twice a week, rather than when they get possession of it.

Come to find out, my mail was being delivered to a few houses down from mine!!! It's happening far too much these days! I needed a very important check and sender showed me they sent it and where it went. Straight to the post office. They said "don't know". It's a shame!
