- CWChristina WAug 10, 20261.0I just visited this post office on Monday, August 10th 2026 just before 11am. I needed help shipping a return, buying stamps and mailing a card. The girl at the counter was busy talking to Friend of the Court on her cell phone while “helping” me. She started dialing them as I approached the counter and said she thought I was just trying to get situated. I had questions about packaging and pricing of the stamps. I bought some stamps and she proceeds to put two stamps on the card. Every time I asked her a question she looked at me as if I was interrupting her phone call. I wanted to know why she put two stamps on the card, and she said because of the weight. I send that same type of card often and ALWAYS use one stamp. I needed a receipt and the printer was out of ink, but she was so busy on the phone giving her address and personal information to the court that she barely helped me. I just walked out without a receipt. I typed this review as soon as I got back to my car. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and I hope her manager sees this!!!
- CCcourtney chapinJul 28, 20265.0Friendly workers, clean facility, never had any problems here. I've been to several other locations that were just awful. Some people say they waited in line for awhile..expect that at ANY location and schedule around knowing you might wait.
- MTMorgan TaylorJun 12, 20261.0If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I walked in and it was empty for at least 5 minutes before anyone came out to help. The ac must be broken because it’s 95 degrees in there. Then I asked to tape a small box closed and the associate informed me that theirs USPS location doesn’t provide any shipping tape because they want customers to buy a full roll of shipping tape from them. Honestly I see why they have 1.8 stars on google, save yourself the trouble and go to another location if you can.
