Besho, Naya, Mary and Luna (and the rest of the crew) have been nothing but professional and personable with our little growing business. Printing as many menus as we do as often as we do can be tough for a small business. Knowing this crew is there makes things a lot easier.

I had a frustrating experience at this UPS Store. I used their self-service system for printouts, paid as prompted, and the printouts never came out. When I asked the staff for help, they tried calling the manager, who was not available — and over the phone he said there was nothing he could do on his end. So I was charged, received no printouts, and got no refund. Really disappointing customer service. I would not recommend relying on this location for printing.

They charged me $3.62 just to print the shipping label. Then they couldn’t ship my item because it didn’t have enough bubble wrap, and they were going to charge me $27 for that. I’ll print at the library, and find some paper around the house to pack with. What a ripoff.

Apparently I had gone to what is called an access station and was pointed in the direction of this location. I didn't know it was closer to where I live and more convenient. They took care of my needs and I didn't have to wait long.

Mari was absolutely rude and the customer service was terrible. I brought them a label and a box and she refused to package it for me. She said that they were getting the cops called on them due to taping incorrectly absolutely ridiculous and a very clear ploy to try to screw customers over
