  I had a highly frustrating and unprofessional experience at this location. I brought in a dress perfectly packed in my own bubble mailer and simply asked for an overnight shipping quote, along with a comparison of what it would cost to use their packaging. I was quoted $16 to use my own. The employee then told me it "might" be cheaper to use the store's packaging, but insisted she had to physically put my dress into their mailer just to check the price—even though she already knew the weight and dimensions. Once she did, the quote suddenly jumped to $17 for shipping, plus an unexpected $5 fee for the packaging itself. When I decided not to ship it that way, she told me I still had to pay the $5 because the packaging had been "used" to check the quote. She acted like she couldn’t measure it without it being taped closed. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, she informed me I couldn't ship the item anyway because I didn't have my ID on me. This policy should have been mentioned immediately upon walking in. I had to leave without shipping my package, but was still forced to pay for a mailer I never wanted to use. The staff here seem to have no idea what they are doing or how to properly communicate policies and pricing to customers.

  There was a local art convention and USPS delayed my stuff in the mail. Besho did a big and complicated print job for me same day (10 different print designs, including cutting down to size, and 2 different 24-page zines!!), gave me high quality merchandise that I was proud to sell, and basically saved the convention for me. He asked good clarifying questions too, which helped because I'm not experienced with printing. Besho is absolutely GOATed, huge thank you to him and to other employees that were present that day.

  Great UPS location. They are helpful, friendly, and they work as fast as they can to you out of the store.

  Worst customer service, they don’t deserve 1 ⭐️ I tried to ship a package, and the employee, Mary, told me he couldn’t accept it because he believed it was hazardous due to the label. I tried to explain that it wasn’t. Just because the label has a diamond doesn’t automatically mean the package is hazardous. They should know that the important part is the number inside the diamond. My package had the number 1, which indicates it is not hazardous. They have a list of labels they are not allowed to accept, so I asked him if my label was on that list. He admitted it wasn’t, yet he still refused to accept my package. I asked to speak with his supervisor, and, conveniently, I was told the supervisor had already left for the day. There’s always something with the staff at this location. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced there. It was obvious that he was simply being difficult and didn’t want to do his job because he was in a rush to leave.

  I had an old phot I needed copied. The associate who helped me did an excellent job. The contrast and quality of the image was AMAZING!!!! I have never had such a great outcome with a print copy of an old photo. I highly recommend this store and their level of customer service!!!!
